Shipping Policy


As far as expedited shipping is concerned, whether it’s offered through UPS, FedEx or DHL, we need at least one working day for processing your order. Please remember that due to certain shipping regulations, some orders might be ineligible for expedited shipping. Also, expedited shipping is offered only within US.

We take around 1-2 working days to process most of our orders. If an order has been placed on a weekend, the processing starts only the following Monday. We would like to specify that holidays or weekend are not treated as working days and must not be treated as such. Orders might take slightly longer to process during holidays or promotional periods.  

We are proud to say that we periodically offer promotions on shipping for locally-based customers once the order amount exceeds the certain value (excluding taxes). All standard shipping is done via USPS. As soon as an order is shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number in your email.  For tracking any order, please remember that it take 2-4 business days for any order to be processed. For any domestic order, it may take USPS 4-6 working days before your order reaches you. The time frame for processing order may vary during holidays due to huge customer traffic. While we try our best to maintain the same standards in terms of delivery even during promotions or sales, delays might happen as a result of bulk order. In such events, your patience will be highly appreciated.

Please note Colormax cannot be held accountable for delays unrelated to us such as natural occurrences, ground or air transportation strikes or any internal issues with USPS.

Colormax offers shipping of products to Canada. However, we must specify that customer is responsible for payment of any taxes or duty applicable on shipment. The carrier may collect the ensuing fee at delivery. Due to shipping restrictions, some items may not be qualified for shipment to Canada.

To help you keep track of your order at all times, a tracking number will be send to you via email confirming shipping as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your purchase through the carrier website. Please note that Colormax Cosmetics does not take responsibility for any packages that are stolen or lost.
