Absolutely. As a brand, Colormax has a strictly policy against animal testing. We believe that cruelty and beauty do not even belong in the same sentence and so we never have and never will indulge in animal testing under any circumstances.

In such circumstances, rest assured that the unavailability will be communicated to you via email and you won’t be charged. We will highly appreciate your patience and cooperation if you will choose to add your desired product in the next order.

Once you are a registered account holder, all you have to do is to visit the Order Status page. This page allows you to access all the information you might be looking for in the easiest possible way. If you are based in US, you need to log in to your account on the order status page using your email and password. Order summary compromising of all details about any recent or past purchases will be displayed to you. In addition, you will receive a tracking number once your order is in the shipping process. This number allows you to continuously track your purchase through carrier’s website. However, we would like to specify that some carriers allow access to tracking information after 24 business hours of shipping a product.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

We would like to specify that we offer free shipping for all US orders. USPS is our carrier partner and all orders with standard shipping are shipped through them. We request you to maintain patience as standard shipping process takes around 2-4 business days.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION:

Only US orders qualify for free shipping promotion. We really value our Canadian customers, but unfortunately, any orders to be shipped to Canada are ineligible for any shipping promotions.

ATTENTION:

To avoid any inconvenience, we would like to mention that any purchases made during promotions or sales may take up to five business days for processing. This is due to bulk orders and we wish to cater to every single customer needs with efficiency, hence the delay.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

In the event of any occasional order cancellations, please note that an order or part of it might be cancelled for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Temporary Unavailability of ordered product
  • Problems with information submitted during payment process 
  • Failure to deliver product to the provided address
  • Placement of duplicate order
  • Cancellation upon customer request

In the event of cancellation, you will be notified via email specifying the reason of cancellation. You will not be charged for any cancelled order. However, for any queries regarding your cancelled order or if you are interested in placing a new one, please feel free to contact us at customersupport@colormaxcosmetics.com.

You need to search for the Billing Page and enter the coupon code in the specified space. Please note that all coupon codes follow case-sensitivity and hence, must be entered the exact same way as offered. You can avail one offer code before order. Once the offer code is accepted by the system, the offer appears in the website’s section named Order Review.
